Welcome to FireFree. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

FireFree is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under 16 may use the service with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
No hacking, reverse engineering, or interference with our systems
No automated access or scraping without permission

Intellectual Property

FireFree software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Aburi Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our service without permission.

Our service is built on and integrates with the following third-party providers. By using FireFree, you also agree to the applicable terms of these providers:

Paid Plans & Refunds

The subscription plan includes a 14-day free trial that requires a credit card. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged; otherwise billing starts automatically when the trial ends. You may cancel at any time — paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, and fees already charged for that period are generally non-refundable.
The one-time (lifetime) purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email hello@firefree.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FireFree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that data loss will not occur.

Limitation of Liability

FireFree provides financial tracking tools but does not provide financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on our projections. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@firefree.app, and we will delete your account and all of your data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, where we are based. If the consumer-protection laws where you live (for example Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act) give you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms limits those rights.
